The Role

Join our technical team.  You’ll help build out new services, refine and improve scalable solutions, and contribute to our technical processes and standards.  You’ll work with our technical founding team every day building great tech to help our customers succeed every time.

Help build out our real-time LLM solutions.

Your Expertise

  • Proven Experience with Language Models and NLP Techniques: Applicants must demonstrate experience working with large language models (such as Llama 2, Mistral, or similar architectures), including fine-tuning, and deploying models for various applications. Expertise in NLP techniques for text analysis, generation, and understanding is required.
  • Experience with Vector Databases: Candidates must have experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, or PGVector, and possess familiarity with techniques for efficient vector search and similarity scoring. Knowledge of integrating these databases into applications in semantic search, recommendation systems, or content discovery using embeddings from language models is required.
  • Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is essential. Experience with software development best practices, including version control (Git), code review, and CI/CD pipelines, is also necessary.
  • Data Handling and Model Optimization: Experience in handling large datasets, preprocessing data, feature engineering, and optimizing models for performance and efficiency. Knowledge of parallel computing, GPUs, and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for scalable model training and deployment is a plus.
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate LLMs into products and services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to tackle complex challenges and drive innovation in LLM technology.
