Add, use and remove the Aircover App for Zoom

The Aircover App for Zoom takes notes in your Zoom meetings, shows live coaching, and answers questions from your team's knowledge while you talk. After the call, your notes and next steps are waiting in Aircover. You approve Aircover once, from the Zoom App Marketplace or from Aircover, and it is set up for both your meetings and the Aircover app inside Zoom.

Add the app

How do I add the Aircover App for Zoom?

Add it from the Zoom App Marketplace or from Aircover. You only need one of the two.

Zoom From the Zoom App Marketplace

    Find Aircover App for Zoom and select AddSearch the Zoom App Marketplace for Aircover.

    Sign in to Aircover, or create an accountUse the account you sign in to Aircover with.

    Review what Aircover asks to access, then select AllowZoom returns you to Aircover when it's done.

Aircover From Aircover

    Open Settings, then IntegrationsIn the Aircover web app at app.aircover.ai.

    On the Zoom card, select ConnectAircover opens Zoom's approval page.

    Sign in to Zoom if asked, then select AllowThe Zoom card then shows Connected.

What you need

An Aircover account

If you don't have one, you can create one while you add the app.

Zoom cloud recording, for notes from recordings

To get notes from your Zoom cloud recordings, cloud recording must be turned on for your Zoom account.

If your company limits who can add Zoom apps, ask your Zoom admin to approve Aircover App for Zoom in the Zoom App Marketplace first.

Use the app

How do I use the Aircover App for Zoom?

During a meeting
Select Apps in the Zoom meeting toolbar and open Aircover to see your notes, live coaching and answers as they come up.
After a meeting
When Zoom finishes saving your cloud recording, Aircover turns it into meeting notes.
Zoom Phone
Aircover can take notes on your Zoom Phone calls too.
Scheduling
When you schedule a meeting from Aircover with a Zoom link, Aircover creates the Zoom meeting for you.
Deleting
When you delete a meeting's recording in Aircover, it is also deleted from Zoom.

Remove the app

How do I remove the Aircover App for Zoom?

Zoom From the Zoom App Marketplace

    Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace, then select Manage, then Added AppsAt marketplace.zoom.us.

    Find Aircover App for Zoom and select RemoveZoom tells Aircover, and Aircover disconnects your account.

Or, in Aircover, open Settings, then Integrations, and select Disconnect on the Zoom card.

Once the app is removed, Aircover disconnects from your Zoom account and stops receiving your Zoom meetings, recordings and calls. Notes already in Aircover stay there until you delete them. To have all of your data deleted, email [email protected].

Aircover App for Zoom FAQ

Do I need a Zoom admin to add the app?

Not usually. If your company only allows Zoom apps an admin has approved, ask your Zoom admin to approve Aircover App for Zoom in the Zoom App Marketplace, then add it yourself.

Does Aircover need Zoom cloud recording?

Only for notes made from your Zoom cloud recordings. The Aircover app inside a meeting works without it.

Do I need to add the app twice, once for meetings and once for the app inside Zoom?

No. You approve Aircover once, from the Zoom App Marketplace or from Aircover, and it is set up for both.

What happens to my data when I remove the app?

Aircover disconnects from your Zoom account and stops receiving your Zoom meetings, recordings and calls. Notes already in Aircover stay until you delete them. To have all of your data deleted, email [email protected].
