Install Aircover for Salesforce with an External Client App
A Salesforce admin installs the Aircover managed package for all users, then an Aircover org admin connects it from Settings, Integrations by choosing Switch to External Client App (ECA). The ECA ships inside the package, so there is nothing extra to create in Salesforce Setup, and the whole setup takes a few minutes.
45-second walkthrough. You need a Salesforce admin login and an Aircover org admin account.

Common questions
Salesforce External Client App FAQ
What is the Aircover External Client App?
It's the Salesforce External Client App (ECA) that ships inside the Aircover managed package. Aircover connects to Salesforce through it, so there is nothing extra to create in Salesforce Setup.
We already connected Aircover with the older connected app. Can we switch?
Yes. On the Salesforce card in Settings, Integrations, click Connect, choose Switch to External Client App (ECA), and sign in again.
I don't see the Switch to External Client App option.
The option shows only for Aircover org admins. Ask an org admin to connect, or to give you the admin role.
Should I pick Production or Sandbox?
Pick the one that matches the Salesforce org where you installed the package. Sandbox orgs sign in through a separate Salesforce login page.
What happens after the connection is made?
Finish the post-installation steps in the help center, such as permissions and field mappings, so Aircover can write meeting activity and notes to the records you choose.
