Aircover vs Clari Copilot

By Andrew Levy · 6 minute read

Clari Copilot and Aircover both transcribe in real time and surface live battlecards, so the choice isn't about which one is live. Copilot is the conversation layer of Clari's forecasting platform. Aircover is an AI-native revenue agent platform with agents before, during, and after every call, and it does not record by default. Pick Copilot if Clari runs your forecast. Pick Aircover for prep, live help, and post-call automation on one platform, or if your accounts won't be recorded.

What each product is built for

Clari Copilot is built to make conversations feed the forecast. Its public pages describe real-time transcription and instant insights, live battlecards that guide reps during the call, playbooks for consistency across calls, Gametapes that compile winning moments for onboarding, and AI call summaries, notes, action items, and follow-up emails. The through-line is that it captures intent, objections, contacts, and next steps and sends them directly into Clari to sharpen forecasting. If your revenue leadership lives in Clari, Copilot is the piece that turns each call into a signal for that system.

Aircover is built around the seller's whole cycle with a conversation. Before the call, its agents research the account and brief the rep with a dynamic playbook. During the call, the in-call agent surfaces battlecards, discovery prompts, and answers to technical questions from a live transcript. After the call, other agents write notes and follow-ups, score the call against MEDDPICC, SPICED, BANT, or a custom rubric, and sync structured fields to Salesforce, HubSpot, and ServiceNow. It runs on real-time transcription and does not record by default; recording is available as an opt-in. It works across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex.

So the two overlap during the call and diverge on either side of it. Copilot points the conversation at the forecast. Aircover treats the conversation as the center of a platform that starts before the rep joins and finishes when the CRM is updated.

The table below compares the two on the dimensions buyers tend to decide on. Competitor capabilities verified against public product pages, September 2026.

Where Clari Copilot is the better choice

If Clari is your forecasting system, Copilot is the obvious choice and probably the right one. Every call it captures becomes a signal inside the platform your CRO already trusts, with no integration to build and no second vendor to manage. The value of a conversation tool goes up when its output lands where decisions get made, and for a Clari shop that place is Clari.

Copilot also fits teams whose priority is forecast accuracy over rep development. Its pages describe capturing intent, objections, contacts, and next steps specifically to sharpen the forecast, and a revenue operations leader who wants cleaner pipeline signals will find that focus is the point rather than a limitation. If your calls are already going well and the problem is that leadership can't see them, Copilot is aimed at exactly that.

And if your onboarding runs on showing new reps what good looks like, Gametapes are a real feature. Compiling winning moments from recorded calls into a library that new hires study is a proven way to teach, and it depends on having recordings to compile. A team that records freely and coaches from tape has a workflow Copilot supports directly.

Where Aircover is the better choice

Aircover is the better fit when you want the work around the call handled as well as the call itself. Copilot's public pages don't describe pre-call preparation, and Aircover's before-call agents brief the rep on the account, the stakeholders, and the competitive picture before the meeting starts. A rep who arrives prepared needs less rescuing mid-call, and that shows up fastest in ramp time.

It's also the better fit for teams selling into accounts that won't be recorded, such as financial services, healthcare, and the public sector. Aircover does not record by default and delivers the same live guidance, notes, scorecards, and CRM sync on those calls as on any other, with recording available as an opt-in where a customer permits it. Copilot's public pages don't state how it handles a no-recording requirement, so ask them directly if that applies to you.

Teams that aren't on Clari, or that sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, or ServiceNow and want the conversation platform to stand on its own, get a complete before, during, and after system without adopting a forecasting product to make it useful.

Who should choose which

  • A revenue team that forecasts in Clari and wants every call to feed that forecast should choose Clari Copilot and should not buy Aircover.
  • A team where recording is permitted and onboarding runs on studying winning calls can use either; Copilot if Gametapes and the Clari connection matter, Aircover if the before-call prep and scorecards matter more.
  • A team with a ramp problem, or one that isn't on Clari and wants prep, live help, and CRM automation on one platform, should choose Aircover.
  • A team selling into accounts that ban recorded calls should choose Aircover, since it does not record by default.

Running both

Running both is unusual because the two overlap heavily during the call, and two tools surfacing battlecards at the same time is a worse experience than one. Where it does happen, it's a Clari shop that keeps Copilot as the forecast feed and uses Aircover for the before-call prep and the accounts that can't be recorded. If you go that way, decide which product owns the in-call experience for each account type so reps only ever see one.

If you want to see how the agents work across a real conversation, book a demo and bring a call you'd like to run it against.

Frequently asked questions

Do both Aircover and Clari Copilot offer real-time help during calls?

Yes. Clari Copilot's public pages describe real-time transcription, instant insights, and live battlecards, and Aircover's in-call agent surfaces battlecards, discovery prompts, and technical answers from a live transcript. The difference is what happens before and after the call, and how each handles recording.

Does Clari Copilot record calls?

Clari Copilot's public product pages describe real-time transcription but do not state whether it records audio or video or offers a no-recording mode. Aircover does not record by default and runs on real-time transcription; recording is available as an opt-in.

Does Aircover integrate with Clari?

Aircover syncs structured fields, notes, and next steps to Salesforce, HubSpot, and ServiceNow. It is not built as a feed into Clari's forecasting platform the way Copilot is, so a Clari shop should weigh that when choosing.

Which product helps reps before the call?

Aircover's before-call agents research the account and brief the rep with a dynamic playbook. Clari Copilot's public pages do not describe pre-call preparation features.

Can I run Aircover and Clari Copilot together?

It's uncommon because both surface guidance during the call, and two overlapping tools is a poor rep experience. Where teams do it, they assign one product per account type so reps only see one set of prompts.
