The Aircover team recently gathered for an in-person company off-site featuring two days of technical presentations, collaborative whiteboarding sessions, shared meals, and team activities.
Two Days of Collaboration
Our off-site brought together the entire Aircover team for focused work sessions alongside opportunities to connect on a personal level. The agenda balanced strategic discussions with hands-on technical deep dives, giving everyone a chance to contribute ideas and align on our roadmap.
From whiteboarding product concepts to reviewing engineering milestones, the sessions were productive and energizing. The team left with clear priorities and a shared sense of direction.
Team Activities
Beyond the conference room, the team enjoyed casual social time together, including a mini golf outing that brought out everyone's competitive spirit. These moments of fun are just as important as the work sessions — they build the trust and camaraderie that make our remote collaboration work so well.
Why In-Person Gatherings Matter
It may seem ironic that a company building software for virtual sales meetings places such a strong emphasis on getting everyone together in person. But we believe the two go hand-in-hand.
Working remotely gives our team flexibility and focus. Coming together in person gives us energy and alignment. Both are essential for doing our best work.
"We are a small group with great ambitions, but no matter how lofty our goals are, we never lose sight of what matters most — each other!"
— The Aircover Team
These off-sites reinforce what makes Aircover special: a team that genuinely cares about the work and about each other. We can't wait for the next one.
